Great place the people were helpful there was a problem with the third party check in. The girl up front worked so hard to get it straightened out I mean it took all night basically. She got it all handled,she was knowledgeable and courteous. You don't see effort like that anymore. I'm really greatful for her efforts.
Arrived late last night to the Travelodge to see if they had any rooms available. Ryan did a great job finding us a room without having a reservation made, very fast and polite. The room was pretty clean and I never really heard any outside noise either. A good night's sleep and a hot shower was exactly what was needed for another day of driving. Thank you again Ryan. You set us up perfectly for the night and I'll be making sure that Travelodge is our normal stop when coming through the area in the future
Night clerk was very friendly and helpful when I needed to was my clothes in the laundry room. I was able to wash my clothes at 1:30 AM. They had an ice machine. Huge bed and awesome shower head in the shower. Free waffles, coffee, milk, juice and toast. Popcorn machine in the lobby. Lots of cameras. Walking distance to stores and convenient stores. Wish I could afford another stay.
Stayed here a few times now and for the price it's perfect. The rooms aren't in the best condition and there pool isn't usuable. But the staff is friendly the deposit is realistic the have Continental breakfast from 6-9 and checkout is at 11. The front desk staff makes me and my kiddos feel welcomed each time we check in and out and I really appreciate that. Quite and affordable. I keep to myself so not sure about the exterior stuff but never have I had a problem either. Repeat customer
This place was awesome I got a room where I was able watch the beautiful sunset colored sky of new Mexico nice view ant the other side was mountains really nice area right next to a maverick and plenty of places to eat close by the freeway for eazy travel access
It's was a very nice, CLEAN, air conditioner works GOOD and staff were okay. The service was alright could of been bettering up
I always have fun memories of me and the family traveling through the country and staying at the Travelodge as it was my dad's favorite place to stay. They have always been affordable and have always had clean rooms. Consider staying at the Travelodge before going up the pass or maybe you have come down to pass and require some rest before you carry on the road. Thank you for providing a safe space and for a good night's rest
TV didn't work in queen room, than moved us upstairs to a smokey room. Pool was not working. Sheets were way stained. I was sad. Good thing was they didn't charge the deposit. Probably won't go back. Sorry guys
